Ashley admits she works hard
to maintain her enviable figure
but doesn’t feel guilty about
having a treat when she is
craving fast food.
The 23-year-old star said:
“I love French fries and bread,
and when I’m on tour
I have McDonald’s.”
“At home, I like to cook –
I love omelettes
in the morning.”
“Still,
I have started working out,
so I do try to limit carbs
and add protein.”
“I want to build
a little muscle.”
The actress-and-singer
has revealed she loves
listening to a host of
female pop stars when
she is exercising.
